In this class, Natascha teaches her own intermediate level Ballet Class in which she teaches and demonstrates barre, centre and allegro. All of the combinations are Natascha’s own exercises which she put together to create this class.
Natascha talks through every combination start to finish, explaining how she dances these exercises while also giving tips and advice for improving your technique.
Natascha started out with a brief to create a beginners level class but by her own admission ended up making a more advanced level class than intended! The result is an excellent intermediate level class, just don’t be confused by her introduction!
