In this film, Melissa teaches a non-stop 20 minute workout for strengthening Back and Arm muscles, which are essential for correct ballet ports de bras and placement. The exercises are repeated in two 10 minute rounds complete with on-screen timer so that you can do half of the class for a lighter and faster workout if you prefer. This class is an intermediate to advanced level. Follow along as Melissa explains and demonstrates her own exercises, or simply watch and enjoy!
