In this film, Melissa teaches a non-stop 20 minute workout for strengthening Abdominal and Core muscles which are essential for correct ballet posture and classical technique.
The exercises are repeated in two 10 minute rounds complete with on-screen timers telling you how much time is remaining during the exercises and then how much time is remaining to rest in between each exercise.
Seeing as the class is repeated in the two 10 minute rounds, you can do half of the class for a lighter and faster workout if you prefer.
This class is an intermediate to advanced level. Follow along as Melissa explains and demonstrates her own exercises, or simply watch and enjoy!
