In this film, Laura teaches her own specially designed intermediate ballet class in soft shoes covering Barre, Centre and Allegro.
Originally from Lachen, Switzerland, Laura trained at the Zurich Academy before enrolling at the Vaganova Ballet Academy in St Petersburg from where she graduated and joined the Mariinsky Ballet. She later joined the Stanislavsky Ballet and now she is a Principal with The State Ballet of Georgia.
Laura’s class is beautifully constructed with well thought out and logical exercises which she has specifically designed to help you place yourself correctly and feel your centre, with attention also given to weight shifts within the movements.
