In this class, Anastasia teaches a series of floor exercises which she does herself for strength and body conditioning.

Anastasia demonstrates all of her personal exercises and explains how you should do them for maximum benefit to your body.
This is an ideal workout for anyone to try and is especially useful as a morning workout or used as a way to maintain muscle strength during vacation times.

For this workout Anastasia uses a floor exercise mat to lie down on and she uses a small foam roller and a soft ball.
