In this film, Ana teaches her own everyday basic exercise routine, suitable for everyone from beginners to advanced level dancers, which can be used as a warm-up before training or simply for a general stretch and strengthening workout focusing on things including turnout and foot strength. Follow along with Ana’s combinations starting on the floor and moving to the barre and listen as she explains every exercise and demonstrates what to do. In this video Ana uses a floor mat, a medium resistance elastic TheraBand and a massage roller. Follow along with Ana or simply watch and enjoy!
